I'm currently working toward my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I really care about walking alongside people as they move through different seasons of life.

The way I approach counseling is both relational and collaborative. I want to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard and valued and where you can show up exactly as you are without worrying about judgment.

My hope is that clients feel comfortable sharing what's on their mind and working through things at a pace that feels right for them. I don't see counseling as something that needs to be rushed, but more as a space where trust can build over time and where people feel safe being honest about what they're experiencing.

I'm really passionate about helping people grow in their confidence and develop a stronger sense of who they are and where they're headed. I genuinely believe growth and healing are possible, even when things feel unclear or stuck.

I am committed to continuing to grow as a clinician while showing up fully present and engaged with every client I work with. It is truly an honor to walk alongside people as they tell their stories and move toward the life they want.
