Counselor trainee specializing in women and younger adults navigating betrayal trauma and the relational wounds that often accompany it.

I am a counselor trainee who specializes in working with women and younger adults navigating betrayal trauma and the relational wounds that often accompany it. Many of my clients come in feeling anxious, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns of self-doubt and difficulty trusting their own voice.

My approach is gentle, curious, and relational. I create a space where clients feel deeply seen and supported, while also offering thoughtful challenges to help them process their experiences, rebuild self-trust, and develop healthier patterns in relationships.

I work from an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens and am currently pursuing training as an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT) candidate. For those who desire it, I also offer the option to integrate faith into the counseling process.
